This treatment, created as a collaboration between GROUND and OPO, is designed as an arrival ritual. It gently supports the nervous system to settle, helping the guest transition from movement and external focus into stillness, receptivity, and embodied calm.

The experience is guided by a therapist and augmented with immersive audio — beginning with a short spoken grounding introduction, followed by a 90-minute soundscape that unfolds in alignment with the flow of the treatment.

What’s really happening

As the body comes to rest, the nervous system begins to shift out of heightened alertness and into a parasympathetic, restorative state. Breath slows, muscle tone softens, and sensory awareness turns inward.

The guided introduction anchors attention in the body and breath, supporting early regulation and helping the guest arrive fully in the present moment.
